Congratulations on your hapūtanga. I am a Māori midwife based in Ōtautahi, it is an honour to work and live here on my tūrangawaewae, where I was raised and where I am raising my three tamariki. I provide primary health care to whānau in their journey through pregnancy, labour, birth and postnatally. I am passionate about promoting and supporting Te Reo Maori and traditional Māori birthing practices. I will support normal birth, at home, in birthing units, waterbirth and when medically indicated I will support you in Christchurch Women’s Hospital. My clinic is based at Rehua marae in St Albans during school hours. I look forward to supporting you and your whānau through this special time in your life
