Moana Tipa ( Kāi Tahu, Kāti Māmoe, Ngāti Kahungunu, European). From 1997, the arts became a vehicle to influence change - from grievance towards Settlement with the Crown (Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu), as a supportive rehabilitative tool (Department of Corrections), as arts collaborations building understanding between Māori and European service providers, in personal research where line & form access new language at the intersection of te ao Maori & Christian faith.
