Ariana Stevens
Ariana Stevens (Ngāti Waewae) was raised in Te Tau Ihu o Te Waka, and has lived in Ōtautahi since she was hapū with her mātāmua nearly 19 years ago. Ariana is māmā to Arirangi (18) and Kōmai (13). Her hononga to Ngāti Waewae and Te Tai Poutini see her return to her wā kāinga regularly for mahi - supporting whānau, community, schools and others with kaupapa related to te reo and te ao Māori.
Ariana has a background in law, policy, education, iwi development and te reo.
